How many bedrooms do you have?

Lighthouse 702 has 1 bedroom, 2 full baths and a bunk room that is suitable for children and teens. There is also a queen size fold out convertible couch in the living. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children

What’s your Cancellation Policy policy?

Cancellations that are made more than (60) days prior to the check in date will forfeit a $ 250.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations that are made within (60) days but before (30) days of the check in date will forfeit a $350.00 cancellation charge. There are no refunds for cancellations made within (30) days of check in date. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Do I have to pick up a key somewhere?

No, we use programmable door locks. The apartment’s access code will be given you when you pay your balance.

Do you Allow Pets?

No, unfortunately the Lighthouse home owners’ association does not allow guests to bring pets

Is Smoking Allowed?

The Lighthouse is a “Smoke Free” building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or on the balconies. There are designated smoking areas located at the East and West ends of the building.

Do I have to purchase a parking pass?

Yes, the Lighthouse home owners’ association requires guests to have a parking pass and sells them directly to guests.  You can purchase a parking pass from the guard at the building’s entrance or from the guest services desk on the 2nd floor. Parking passes cost $20.

Do you have a minimum age you rent to?

Yes, we cannot rent to unescorted guests under the age of 25.

What floor are you on?

Lighthouse 702 is on the 7th floor, at the East end of the building very close to the elevators.

Is there a workout area?

Yes, there is a workout area with ellipticals, treadmills, weight machines, a sauna and indoor pool located on the ground floor of the West end of the building. Access to this area requires a door code which will be given to you along with the apartment’s door code when you pay your balance.

Is there a best place to park?

Yes, our apartment, unit 702, is located on the far East end of the building. The entrance to the Lighthouse is on the far West end of the building so when you arrive, you want to drive all the way to the other end of the building and park on the ground level. Also, keep an eye out for the indoor parking just before the East elevator on the right. Most guest are not aware that there is indoor parking and there are often spaces available.

Are there any guest service or hidden fees?

Good News! You are booking directly with us so you are avoiding the guest services fees charged by companies like VRBO, HomeAway and Airbnb. These fees can run as high as 15%. That’s $150 for every $1000 your pay to rent our apartment.
